I can’t recommend Mark Willis highly enough. My healing sessions with Mark have been genuinely transformative, and I’m so grateful I found him. His Reiki and tuning fork therapy have helped me feel more balanced, grounded and at peace, both emotionally and energetically. From the moment you meet Mark, you can feel how compassionate, calm and genuinely caring he is. He creates such a safe and welcoming space where you can completely relax and allow yourself to let go. His approach is gentle yet incredibly powerful, and every session has left me feeling lighter, calmer and more connected to myself. I’ve found the sessions deeply relaxing and restorative, and they’ve given me valuable time to slow down, reconnect and focus on my own wellbeing. A Testimony of Love, Loss and Finding My Light Again - by Claire
(Sound Therapy Session received on 1st November 2025 - these words written on 9th August 2026

There are moments in life that divide your world into before and after.
For me, that moment was losing my husband to suicide.
Nothing could have prepared me for the devastation that followed. It wasn’t simply losing the person I loved; it felt as though a part of my own soul had been torn away with him. Suddenly, everything I knew felt different. The life we had shared. The memories. The plans. The dreams. The future I had imagined. All of it changed in an instant.
I was left with a pain that words could never truly describe and questions that didn’t have answers. I carried grief so deep that sometimes I didn’t know whether I was crying for him, for myself, for the life we had lost, or for the future that would never happen. There were times when I felt completely lost. I smiled when I needed to smile. I carried on when I needed to carry on. But inside, there was a part of me that was desperately searching for meaning, peace and some understanding of why my life had taken such a heartbreaking path.
Then my spiritual healing journey began. Looking back now, I believe I found it at a time when my soul was ready to begin healing.
Mark came into my life when I needed someone to help me find my way back to myself. From the very first experience, I felt something I hadn’t felt for a very long time — a sense of safety. I didn’t feel judged. I didn’t feel that I had to explain every emotion. I didn’t feel that I had to be strong.
For perhaps the first time in a long time, I could simply be. I could cry. I could feel. I could remember. I could speak about the things that hurt. And slowly, the walls I had built around my heart began to come down. The healing opened something within me. It allowed me to explore the connection between my heart, my emotions and my spirit. It helped me understand that grief is not something that simply disappears; it is something we learn to carry, transform and eventually make peace with.
There were moments that felt incredibly profound. Moments when I felt connected to something greater than myself. Moments of stillness when the noise inside my head became quiet. Moments when I felt surrounded by a sense of love and peace that I hadn’t experienced for a very long time. And whether those moments were spiritual, emotional, or simply my heart finally allowing itself to breathe again, they meant everything to me. Mark gave me hope. Mark helped me understand that love doesn’t necessarily end when someone leaves this physical world. The love I shared with my husband is still part of me. It lives in my memories. It lives in the experiences we shared. It lives in the person I became because I loved him. And perhaps most importantly, it has taught me that I can carry that love forward without allowing the loss to take away the rest of my life.
My healing journey didn’t erase my grief. It transformed my relationship with it. I began to understand that I didn’t need to forget my husband in order to move forward. I didn’t need to stop loving him. I didn’t need to stop missing him. I simply needed to learn how to live again. And slowly, I did. I found my strength. I found my voice. I found my confidence. I found parts of myself that had been buried underneath years of pain. And eventually, I found something I thought I had lost forever: hope. There is something incredibly powerful about discovering that you can be broken open by life and still somehow find your way back to the light.
Today, I look at myself differently. I know I am not the same woman I was before my loss. But perhaps I wasn’t meant to be. My experiences have changed me. They have softened me, strengthened me and taught me things about love, life, loss and the human spirit that I could never have learned any other way. And I am beginning to understand that healing isn’t about becoming the person you were before your heartbreak. It’s about becoming the person you were always capable of becoming.
To Mark , there are no words big enough to express my gratitude.
You didn’t simply give me a healing session.
You gave me somewhere to place my pain.
You gave me permission to feel.
You helped me reconnect with myself.
You helped me find peace where I thought there could only ever be pain.
And perhaps most beautifully of all, you helped me remember that there was still light within me. When I couldn’t see it, you helped me look for it. When I couldn’t feel it, you helped me trust that it was still there. And when I felt lost, you helped me take another step forward. I will always be grateful for that.
My husband will forever have a place in my heart. I will always carry the love we shared. I will always remember the life we had.
But now I also understand something I couldn’t understand before:
I am allowed to live.
I am allowed to laugh again.
I am allowed to love again.
I am allowed to dream again.
I am allowed to experience happiness without feeling guilty for it.
And I am allowed to create a beautiful life while still carrying someone I loved so deeply within my heart.
My journey has taught me that sometimes the greatest healing doesn’t come from forgetting our pain. It comes from finding meaning within it. From finding love within it. From finding strength within it. And eventually, from finding ourselves again.
I don’t know exactly what the future holds.
But I know this now: I am no longer afraid of the future.
I have walked through a darkness I never thought I would survive. And somehow, I found my way back towards the light. I am still healing. I am still learning. I am still becoming. But I am here. And my heart is open again.
For that, I will forever be grateful — to my husband for the love we shared, to my journey for the strength it has given me, and to Mark , who helped me find the courage to take the first steps towards healing.
Some losses change you forever.
Some healing changes you forever too.
This is my story of finding me.
