Energy Healing is an over-arching description for all popular and well known forms of healing, as all use energy in some form to achieve their results. These include, but are not limited to, Reiki Healing, Sound Healing, Angelic Healing, Spiritual Healing, Crystal Healing, Shamanic Healing and Trance Healing As an energy channel I set the intention to remove any dis-ease from a client and always to work for their highest good and benefit. Often I will work in Trance (altered state of consciousness) as the energy is able to flow more clearly and is therefore more powerful. It is also very usual for me to be assisted during these sessions by a number of Spirit energies who also work solely for the client’s highest good and wellbeing. The intention of Energy Healing is always to help balance a client’s own energy flow. This leads to increased relaxation, more energy and a general feeling of being more at one with your own body. This often leads to clients feeling an improved overall level of wellness.
